Torremolinos is one of the most attractive visitor resorts in Spain. It is situated 12 kms west of the city of Malaga. The closest Malaga airfield is just 7 km away. It is in the autonomous region of Andalucia in southern Spain and it's got a population of 52,354. Torremolinos is split up into three parts called the town center, the various beaches and the old town, El Calvario.
