To be effective, positive affirmations will have the following three key elements:
- Desire. You must truly want to attract wealth and abundance in your life. No underlying feelings of shame or guilt can be present.
- Belief. You must believe that attracting money and wealth is possible for you.
- Acceptance. You must be willing to attract more money and wealth.
When we create positive affirmations about attracting and receiving money and wealth, we must assume that we are already in the situation we desire to be in (a state of wealth and abundance).
It is not simply a matter of wishing we could have more money or achieve wealth. We must believe totally, completely, and convincingly that we already have great wealth.
Characteristics of affirmations for wealth and money:
- they are in the first person: I am rich!
- they directly relate to wealth and money: I feel wealthy all the time!
- they are positive: I love being wealthy!
- they are specific: I choose to be rich and to give freely to others!
- they are expressed powerfully and convincingly: I always have more than enough money!
- they are in the present tense: I am surrounded by prosperity!
- they contain words that have positive associations: It feels wonderful that I attract money and wealth!
Affirmations are a tool to be used in conjunction with the law of attraction for money and wealth.
