Do I have to be smart to attract abundance?

I used to wonder the same thing.  Specifically when it came to using the law of attraction for money. 

When I read The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, I noticed it  was filled with quotes and tips from really famous smart people like Einstein, Jack Canfield, Dr. Joe Vitale, Dr. Denis Waitley, et all.

So can I use the law of attraction for money if I’m just the average Joe?

When I look back over my life, I have 2 significant memories about this that really stand out.

The first one is from when I was in high school.   I worked part time after school flipping burgers at Burger King.  This funded my teenage lifestyle, with a beat up car and designer jeans when I could get them on sale!

One time during work I was introduced to a new manager.  Most of the managers were other teenagers or college students.  But this man was a grown up.  He must have been in his 40’s because he was balding and had grey hair. 

I found out he had a PhD in social studies.  I wondered what was a doctor doing working at Burger King?  Even weirder, he didn’t last very long—he got fired!  This man was not lacking in brains, but he was definitely lacking something. Even at 17 I could see that!

My second memory was from my early 20’s.  I worked as a nurse in New York City and my social circle was all the other nurses and residents.  We used to go out quite a bit. 

There was one doctor who was a full fledged attending physician—that meant he had completed all his years and years of training.  He was a cardiologist. 

He never joined us after work when we all hung out or did things together.  He was married with 3 kids.  Probably half of our group was also married with kids, so that wasn’t the issue.

What I clearly remember him saying all the time was “I can’t pay my bills.”  and “God, I wish I never went into this field.” 

We were all going to a Broadway show and dinner once and I remember him saying how he wished he could go, but he couldn’t afford it!

So here again, this guy was clearly  intelligent and he wasn’t attracting abundance.

Which brings me back to the question—Do you have to be smart to attract abundance?  Clearly the answer is no!  

Have you seen the lineup of millionaires in that reality show Megan Wants a Millionaire?  Not to be insulting, but seriously, wow…

The law of attraction doesn’t care if you went to Harvard or are a high school drop out.   It is a universal law that is entirely objective.  That means it works the same for everyone!
